How to cook
STEAM Cook time: 20 min. - 25 min.
Place the potatoes, halved if necessary, in a steamer over boiling water then put a lid on and let them steam for 20-25 minutes.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove the steamer and place a clean tea cloth over them for about 4 minutes to absorb the steam.
Whilst they are still warm, pour a dressing over them and serve.
BOIL Cook time: 15 min. - 20 min.
Place the potatoes, halved if necessary, in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil, then cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and Serve.
