Cockspur Rum is a strong, full-bodied rum that has a rich, sweet flavor. Produced in Barbados, it is named after the Cockspur brand of cane sugar, which is the only sugar used in the production of this rum. The rum is distilled three times and blended with spices and natural flavorings. The bottle is adorned with a gold-plated, taxidermied hummingbird, an emblem of the Cockspur brand.
