The history of Quinoa (pronounced "keenwah") dates as far back as the Incas and is used and prepared very similarly to rice. Add two cups of water to one cup of grain and cook for approximately 15 minutes in boiling/simmering water. It’s a delicious alternative to rice or couscous. Enjoy!
