Creamed coconut can be used to add richness and flavour to your favourite ethnic dishes. Creamed coconut is also suitable for use in desserts, cakes and as a substitute for coconut milk (simply dissolve 50g in 100ml or warm water). Our organic creamed coconut is not hydrogenated.
