Tropical Sun Essences are perfect for creating a vast array of tropical treats including biscuits, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes. Our peppermint essence is concentrated, so you only need a little to add a minty flavour to your dish. As a rule of thumb, we advise adding two drops per 1kg.
