To prepare the mixture, first we put our potatoes on the stove and boil them. We peel the skins of our boiled potatoes and mash them with a masher or a fork. We put our Turkish market oil in the pan and fry our tomato paste. Then we add black pepper, chili pepper and salt. Lastly, we add our potatoes and fry them. We fill half of the hastel pastry dough with potato mixture, close it and cut the edges with a knife. We cook it on both sides in a lightly oiled, heated pan until it is lightly browned. After it is cooked, we grease it with hot margarine or butter. Enjoy your meal.
